This is not my first choice pill organizer, but it is a very solid second choice and I do really like it for specific situations. The big win here is that it keeps both morning and evening supplements together in one simple layout, which is very helpful once you get into a rhythm of taking things twice a day. I love these pill organizers so much that I own six of them. I use two for myself, one for morning and one for evening, and I preset the entire week so I never have to think about what to take and when. I am still experimenting with this phosphatidylserine, but I tend to use it in the afternoons and evenings to help me start unwinding. Because of my specific genomic pattern I do not shift into relaxation very easily, so it takes a lot of work for me to bring cortisol down and move my nervous system back into a calmer, more parasympathetic state. - This is the fish oil my wife and kids actually use. They have taken it for a long time and keep going back to it. For anyone who does not like swallowing pills, this is the best alternative I have found. Ideally I would start you on the main fish oil supplement I recommend in the supplements section. My Go-To B-Complex: Bronson Super B100

My Daily Psyllium Husk Ritual
Psyllium husk has become part of my daily routine. What I love most is obviously the regularity it brings, but what most people don't realize is the cascade of health benefits that come with it.
My routine is simple: I start with a big swig of water (6-8oz), then, add a scoop of psyllium husk to ANOTHER 6-8 ounces of water, drink it down (it doesn't taste amazing, but it's totally manageable), then follow up with plenty more water. YES, lots of water, that is the point. That last part is crucial, the only real risk with psyllium husk is not staying hydrated. If you don't drink enough water, this could actually backfire on you (pun intended!). So get your basic hydration habits dialed in first, drinking water first thing in the morning, throughout the day, all of that.
Beyond regularity and detoxification, psyllium husk is a powerhouse for cholesterol management, blood sugar regulation, and reducing inflammation. The reality is our modern diets are severely lacking in fiber, we just don't get enough from food anymore.
